The Series 99X combines the functionality of a standard diaphragm metering pump with a valve designed for degassing to create the ideal metering system for Sodium Hypochlorite, Hydrogen Peroxide or any other gaseous solution. The Series 99x is the affordable alternative to peristaltic technology.

The Series 99X includes all of the latest improvements incorporated in the Chem-Tech product line. A sealed gear train has been incorporated to protect the gear from chemical exposure. In addition, the motor and gear shaft have been treated with a special lubricant designed to reduce rust and chemical deterioration caused by the harsh environments these pumps are used in. These improvements reduce maintenance and enhance the lift of the pump.
Feed Rate Control: The output is fully adjustable over the entire operating range.
Degassing Valve: Allows for constant removal of gasses from the pump head.
Anti-Siphon: Prevents siphoning through the pump.
Air Bleed: Simplifies Priming.
Discharge to Drain: Relieves pressure on the pump without the need to loosen tubing or fittings. Protects operator from chemical exposure.
Sealed Gear Trains: Lowers maintenance and extends the life of the pump.
Guided 4-Ball Check Valve: Ensures accurate and reliable metering performance. Chemical Resistant Materials: Motor and gear shaft are treated with a special lubricant to extend the life of the pump in normal operating environments.
