PULSAR® hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pumps are offered in two sizes.  

Model 25HJ pumps are the smallest of the three models:

  • Temperature rating: 70 °C (158 °F) Composite diaphragm 110 °C (230 °F) Solid Teflon® diaphragm
     
  • Wetted Materials: Metal construction: 316SS, HSO*, Alloy 20 or Hastelloy C
     
  • Plastic Construction: PVC, PHC* or KYNAR
     
  • Connection Types: Threaded: NPT or BSPT
     
  • Flanged: ANSI or DIN Flanges
     
  • Model 25HL pumps combine the 25HJ gearing with the 55HL drive end, flow capacities greater than the 25HJ, but without the pressure range of the 55HL.
     
  • Max. Rated Capacity:445.3 LPH (117.7 GPH)
     
  • Max. Pressure: 96.5 bar (1400 psig)
     
  • Temperature rating: 70 °C (158 °F) Composite diaphragm 110 °C (230 °F) Solid Teflon® diaphragm
