Key Features Operations:
- A worm drive and eccentric translate the rotary motion of a worm shaft into reciprocating linear motion by a plunger. The plunger displacement (and pump flow rate) is manually controlled by a 0–100% micrometer adjustment mechanism accurate to ±1%.
- The motion of the plunger is transferred through a special hydraulic liquid to a diaphragm which in turn displaces the process liquid.
- A no-drift stroke lock mechanism maintains the accuracy of the stroke setting. Performance.
- Flow capacities range from .13 GPH at 3000 PSIG to 32.6 GPH at 100 PSIG.
- Field modification of piston size, stroking rates and heads are easily made.
- A built-in make-up valve, bypass valve and bleeder valve, features normally found on more expensive pumps, keep the system hydraulically balanced for trouble-free operation.
- Product contamination and leakage are eliminated by the hydraulically actuated balanced diaphragm design.
